Job Advertisement: Pool Manager and Assistant Manager (Seasonal/Part-time)

We are seeking a responsible, experienced, and safety-conscious Pool Manager to oversee daily operations, supervise staff, and ensure a safe, enjoyable environment for all guests. The ideal candidate has strong leadership skills, a background in lifeguarding, and knowledge of pool chemistry. Applications will be accepted until Friday, March 13, 2026 at 4:30 p.m. at the Clerk's office.

2026 Business License

2026 Business licenses are now past due; a 15% late fee has been added at this point. Please note that it is unlawful to engage in business or vocations in the municipality for which a license is required without first having procured a license. Violations can be punishable by fines up to $500 for each offense.

Your license must be posted where it can be clearly seen.

Transportation Plan
In accordance with the Rebuild Alabama Act signed into law March 12, 2019, the Town of Blountsville herby adopts the annual Transportation Plan to use the estimated revenues of $31,000,000 anticipated from the Rebuild Alabama Act (Fuel Bill) fund during the 2026 Fiscal Year to perform roadway improvements, repairs, resurfacing, reconstruction or maintenance of roads within the town and/or as match monies for any state federal grant funded projects to perform roadway improvements, repairs, resurfacing, reconstruction or maintenance within our existing street/road network during said fiscal year.
